I know that not every visitors is experienced on the web as I am. So, I offer a few tips in using this site and getting your recipes.

To see more recipes from any one chef, just click on the video when it is done, and you will directed to the host site of that video, and to the specific account of that chef.

While there are many videos on this website that are so easy, all you need to do is watch the video, in order to prepare the recipe, others are more complex. Some of those I have the recipe in text below the video.

Other recipes will require you to visit the chef's site, so you can print up or copy down the ingredients. Normally, you will find their web address in their video hosting account, such as at YouTube.com

I have wireless in my home on a cable broadband connection. This makes it easy for use of desktop computers as well as the laptops or notebooks. I find it is very easy to take my laptop into the kitchen, place it on the countertop and watch the video while I prepare it. It is almost like being in a real time cooking school. Only, you don't have to worry abouit missing anything, you can just replay any part you miss, or don't quite understand. I think you will find that method easy and  helpful as well.

Sometimes the videos do not work, because there is net congestion on the video hosting web site, such as Youtube.com . The site can be overloaded with visitors, or the particular chef may have a high volume of visitors resulting in some visitors not being able to access their page, their videos, or the videos on my site.

There may also be times that the video hosting site is unavailable due to their system upgrades. While these incidents are rare, I know they can be annoying. You will find hosting down time normally scheduled in the middle of the night, within the North America times zones or the native time zone of the hosting site.

These are necessary evils of the web, and we just have to bear with them. Please don't get frustrated. Just try later.
